The shuttle driver dropped me off by the Marriott and said I had to walk to the Hyatt’s entrance. The direction he pointed had me walking around the entire 4 sides of the hotel to find an open door. When I complained to the check in staff the response is “that’s the way it is”. My room was Nina’s food at the lobby bar was tasty, if expensive.

Stayed for one night after flying in from Australia. Was checked in a little early without charge by signing up with the program. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, however no ceiling lights which was unusual, just light stands etc. Included breakfast wasn't too bad either. Room decor could be updated as room was darkish without ceiling ligjts. Otherwise a comfortable stop for a night to catch a flight the next morning.

I really fell with the staff and atmosphere of the Hyatt. Everyone was very friendly and great. From the front desk staff, to house keeping, security even at the restaurant. I had a great trip with my little one. He loved the pool and the hot tub. I would definitely recommend to anyone if visiting LA, and needs a family friendly hotel. Also the breakfast was awesome.
