Great hotel! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone’s stay was wonderful! Shuttle from the airport and back, plus a complimentary breakfast were awesome! Highly recommend if you’re visiting LA.

Very cool location and nice hotel however they never answered for the front desk when calling, not enough face towels I was there 3 nights room was not cleaned for two nights although it was requested. I had to call from my cell phone to get the front desk to answer, and still waited about 30 minutes for more face towels. But nice property staff just needs to do better

Great for early morning out of LAX

This hotel was perfect for our final night in SoCal before an early morning flight out of LAX. The shuttle worked perfectly, and we were able to return our rental car a night early. The rooms are great and in particular the pool and hottub area is gorgeous. Two things that we didn't love is the window was covered somehow from the outside. Not boarded exactly but covered in some way that made the room feel a little odd to not have natural light or be able to see out at all. Also, the front driveway was under construction so the only way to approach is through a parking garage which was confusing at first but worked out fine.

It was very clean for the exception of my bathroom. There was hair on the toilet and in the shower. Other than that, it was clean. The breakfast choices were wonderful. The staff was very nice and professional.

Front desk is quick. Lower level was a quiet room. Clean but wall paper peeling, bathroom faucet coming off. Gentleman at breakfast service was very helpful & brought me some whole fruit when there wasn’t any left.

Great rooms, very clean - but…

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and clean. The only negative was the shower head and lack of pressure (obviously water saving device) that failed to deliver enough water and just managed to get out some of the conditioner! I spoke to management and good news is they are preparing for a refurb of the rooms including a change in the shower units - it definitely wasn’t what I expected from a Hyatt hotel.

I loved this property, I’d absolutely stay here again! The suite was clean and spacious with a full kitchen. LAX is literally across the street, rental car return is 5mins away and there are dinning options onsite and close to the property. My only criticisms would be that the TV’s didn’t have streaming or an active guide, at least for the few channels available. It gives you a chrome casting option but if you don’t already have the capability on your phone or laptop, it’s a pain. Also, I was made to believe a parking pass could be purchased for $48 dollars for onsite parking however, it isn’t a pass, you’ll be charged daily. Also breakfast is super early if your reservation includes it.
