Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is quiet and the bed and pillows are comfy, offering me sound sleep.

Very clean and accommodating. We arrived earlier then our check in. The staff allowed us to store our luggage.

The six of us had dinner at the restaurant last night and we had to wait 1.5 hours to receive our food order.Staff was very unfriendly. Five of us had burgers and one had chicken lollipops and all of us had very upset stomachs all night and two had diarrhea. Would never recommend that restaurant.we had higher expectations for such a beautiful restaurant.

It was a room for a stopover however, worn out carpets and beds, room had a smell and no aircon, just a fan to blow the smell around Beds were clean and to be fair price was good

Excellent location close to the Koenigsallee, very friendly and attentive staff. I stayed in an upgraded renovated room - appreciated the choice of bed time pillows. Great restaurant with contemporary European - German cuisine, also focus on locally sourced ingredients.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional!! The hotel itself is very modern and perfectly presented. All staff members I spoke to where very friendly, professional and helpful. Everyone speaks great English. The room was very generously sized and was immaculate. Breakfast is a real highlight with everything you possibly want. I would definitely stay here again and thank you for making my stay fantastic.
