Very nice room with full kitchen in a desirable wooded area. The murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. The gas fireplace heater kept the room toasty. The food at the restaurant was very good. I had a little problem with the dryer being slow to dry. The girl at the front desk was very helpful, as was the young maintenance man when we had a problem with our carbon monoxide detector. The texting with the AI/staff was super helpful.

Everything was perfect

Clean, quaint, and close enough to a lot of fun things! Check in/out very easy!

Hotel was worn. When we booked it said there were two outdoor hot tubs , which i was looking fwd to with recent knee surgery just to relax , and also said a full service pub and bkfast cafe on property. Went down to pool both hot tubs were closed out of order empty, wanted to eat was told the restaurants on site have been closed for years very disappointed because very dark to drive at night and no nearby restaurants. To top it off found little knatt flies in bed and bathroom. When I confronted the front desk was told “ well you are in the mountains “. What ???? Ya maybe but dont want buggs in my bed. Just was disappointed feel all those things should be disclosed when making a reservation very misleading . Will pass on this place next time. All set

I liked that it was spread over several buildings and was very charming. The staff was very nice. The rooms we’re adequately appointed and comfortable.

Property was located close to area in Jackson where we were attending a wedding. Our initial room that we booked was not available but staff made good and put us up in the igloo home on the property which was very clean and had everything one would need for the weekend stay. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations that we we received as a result of the room cancellation. Thank you Wildcat In. Staff
