Had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean with soft bedding. Convenient transportation nearby, overall fantastic experience and highly recommended.

This hotel presents itself in a professional manner, but the actual service quality does not match the expectations set. The front desk staff are polite on the surface, often smiling, but there is a noticeable lack of initiative or genuine willingness to assist guests. Interactions feel mechanical rather than service-oriented. Another major inconvenience is the handling of food delivery. Unlike the common practice in many hotels in China, where deliveries can be brought to guest rooms or at least delivered indoors, this hotel requires all deliveries to be collected from an outdoor locker area. Guests must retrieve them independently, with no staff support provided, which is particularly inconvenient in adverse weather or late hours. Overall, while the hotel is not entirely without service, the level of hospitality is minimal. Most basic service expectations are not fully met, which significantly affects the overall stay experience.

Excellent hotel great gym

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, the property was both beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly. The pool and sauna facility was fabulous. The spa was also fantastic!
