Great Hotel!

The elevator and hotel room smelled unpleasant. The side door didn't lock, and there was really no safety; anyone could go in and out at will. The room was okay, but didn't look like the picture. I tried to hook my laptop up to the tv so I could work and use it as a second screen because the computers and printer in the business area were broken and the source button on the tv was pulled out and broken off so I couldn't use the tv as a second monitor. The hotel has signs that say no dogs unless service dogs, but we saw a guest with a big dog that was not a service animal, and another guest had a dog in the pool area. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were very nice and helpful and they are really the only reason I didn't check out and move to a different hotel.

I don't do a lot of reviews about hotels that stay in because it's really open to opinion. However, this hotel is probably the worst I've ever stayed in. The amenities were terrible. The front desk clerk was nothing short of unhelpful and more concerned about being on his phone and smoking than he was helping out clients. There was cockroaches in the bathtub and quite frankly had it not been for the fact that we got there so late and we were only going to get a couple hours sleep before we had to hit the road again. I probably would have given up my loss on the room and went and stayed somewhere else. I would not recommend this room even to somebody I didn't like

great choice if traveling through northern Arkansas. Clean, people friendly, Would definitely stay again the next time I am traveling
