The worst hotel! We did not even stay the night we found an alcohol bottle behind our pillow right after check in. Spoke with front desk lady she was very sweet but she mentioned someone would come up and no one ever did we just ended up putting it outside the door so there was nothing really done about it we decided to leave and she stated we would be getting a refund but no one has reached out to me!

I was so unsatisfied with my stay. i woke up in the middle of the night feeling something poke me in my face and i found a DIRTY, RUSTY RAZOR BLADE IN my PILLOW CASE. and when i was notifying the “ manager “ about it she didn’t accommodate me at all. She tried saying that i put it there and she claimed they check every room and make sure everything is ready for guests but this was indeed not the case. Very disappointed with this, and i wasn’t even helped. so simple to just admit your wrongs and accommodate your guest. especially with something that is your fault.
