The front desk wasn’t friendly or helpful at all upon check in and didn’t even stand up from his chair. The morning after the first night I was getting ready to go get breakfast and a worker, not even house keeping opened my door without even knocking, luckily I had the second lock on and when I saw she had used a key and tried to open the door, I opened it and asked what she was doing. She had a clipboard and said oh sorry, it said this room was clean and ready. Never have I ever had anyone open my room without knocking and saying house keeping. So I wonder what would have happened if I had not been in my room. Very suspicious and uncomfortable in my opinion. Then when I went to get the free breakfast there was one lady working but she was on a FaceTime call with one of her friends and completely ignored me. There was only a coffee type machine and no coffee in pots and the breakfast was premade omelets with no labeling and sausage patties. The muffins were some off brand and tasted terrible. The staff at this hotel is poor. Upon arrival and walking to my room I smelled marijuana in the hallway of this non smoking room. I will not stay here ever again. Sketchy place. No wonder there was only 5 cars in the parking lot. I’ll be staying across the street at the Sleep/comfort Inn on my way home from my sisters next week, it’s $70 a night cheaper and they have an indoor pool. I wish I would have saved $70 and stayed there on my way to my sisters! I give this place 1-2 stars

False advertising. Site says there is a sandy white beach. The motel is is the middle of town, no beach or lake in site. Hot water would come and go. On out checkout morning, we could not shower due to no hot water. When I notified the front desk, the housekeeper and desk person argued with me and basically called me a liar. The mattress was covered with a flat sheet, not fitted nor big enough to tuck in, thus exposing us to an old, dirty mattress. There was used cups in the freezer. The floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" is true. You'd think that at $99 a night, the place would at least be clean.

I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the staff when I had questions on my mind. In addition, my husband and I felt comfortable in our hotel room. The mattress was one of the best--extremely firm. The shower was exceptional. We were pleased that we could access parking within walking distance from the hotel. We're immensely grateful for the opportunity to enjoy our stay at The Liberty Trust.

Large clean rooms and friendly staff

This hotel just opened up in July 2026 With that said, everything was perfect. The staff was amazing!!! Open for almost 2 months, they are pet friendly. You’d never know because it doesn’t have an animal smell 10/10 exceptional
