Horner Vacation Packages

Nicely done to an early 1900’s style yet adding new bathroom and air conditioning.

Not our first stay here, and won't be our last. We love the resort, it's very cozy. That said, they seem to run out of hot water at an alarming rate and with two young kids trying to get them cleaned up in an ice cold tub is kind of upsetting. They seem overall short-staffed but we still really enjoy this resort.

Room was clean and comfortable. Close to town.

Room was moist feeling, even after the a/c ran all night. the ADA bar in the shower was missing and poorly patched. Bathroom floor looked dingy. Bed was a spring mattress, I felt every movement from my husband. Lamp shades were cracked and dusty. Regarding breakfast, the juice machine was "out of order" and they only had two tables to sit at. They offered no protein, like sausage or eggs. We smelled cigarettes often.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and they were very accommodating and understanding of us having to cancel our last night due to the weather back home.

A good choice if you’re looking for a budget motel. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful when I had any questions.
