We kept driving by the hotel because it had changed names which was a bit confusing. But by the time we figured that out everything went well. It is now called simply sleep. The location is good if you want something right off the highway but there are no facilities around. The bus only takes 20 min to get in and out of San Sebastian and is very convienant. We also loved the backlighting on the wall.

Nice hotel, about 30 minutes walk to the old town and beach front. Only around 8 Euros in a taxi.
Hotel generally was excellent value. Room and bathroom were very nice.
Only slight drawbacks were
(a) no tea/coffee making facilities and
(b) whilst wardrobe space was fine there were no drawers in the room at all ?

"Good hotel, central location. Good value for money"
We had a lovely short stay in a family room with 2 bathrooms. We had room only so can't comment on food. Room was good for us & housekeeping was very good too. Rooms were very warm & it was noisy at night so earplugs are helpful. Bar was n't always open as low season but complimentary wine, coffee & water offered instead. Room facilities were good eg nespresso machine, mini bar, hairdryer etc. All in all we would recommend. Easy to walk to cafes and restaurants for breakfast & dinner.

Like a mini chateau. The setting and scale of the hotel is magnificent. Staff was helpful and informative after a little wait ( only one guy & he's doing all the work ). Lots of free, surface parking. Nestled among greenery.
Restaurant food was good and there's large TV screens for soccer games.

The border town of Hondarribia (“Fuenterrabia” in Basque) is situated in northern Basque country at the mouth of the Bidasoa River, 22 kilometres from San Sebastian. Various sieges afflicted Hondarribia over the years and the old-town area, with churches and palaces built in Baroque and Gothic styles, is still bound by walls. A wide beach and seaside district are also popular with tourists.
