This was an inexpensive place to stay and it served its basic purpose, but the room could definitely use some attention. The room was quite dated, there were visible cigarette stains/burn marks on some of the bedding, the mattress was badly caved in on one side, and the toilet was broken during my stay. I’ll be attaching a photo of the toilet issue. I mentioned these concerns to the owner when I checked out after he asked whether I had experienced any problems. I went through the issues with him, but the response was essentially just “okay,” without much discussion or indication of how they would be addressed. I didn’t expect luxury at this price point, and I’m rating it accordingly, but basic maintenance and bedding/mattress condition are things that should be improved. With some attention to the rooms and repairs, this could be a much better budget option in Junction City.

Nice big rooms!

We had a one night stand Manhattan our door keys didn’t work upon check in. There was food in our room, and the sheets were dirty.

Ms. J, the clerk was great. I knew I was getting a room in a bit of a dive, and it was. Room smelled, (smokers covered up by spray.) I had to get the maintenance man to get the TV to work (he did, and a great guy.) AC had “error” message every hour and shut down. It would go again once I got up and pushed a few buttons. Trash from last room tenant was under the bed and in corners. Not purposeful trashing the place. I kind of suspected it. Just need a place to sleep. I will say, the shower was nice! No breakfast but there is a Mr. Coffee pot with something in it!
