Amazing placement for convenience and functions. Loud at night, but expected for location. Super clean & comfortable beds. Beautiful but not overly fancy, still unique for the age. Cost is much steeper than other hotels - but again location is key. Parking is not free, but onsite parking available. Overall great stay.

The staff was polite and professional; the hotel was clean and appeared well maintained, and the outside surrounding area was respectable. My only issue with my stay was that when you turned the AC unit to high, it made a loud squeak, so we had to keep it on low.

Staff good. Only problem was that 2 previous guests had taken baggage carts and kept them in their rooms and not returned them to the front for others to use.

Love Doubletree. Great staff. This stay was 100% how I expected it to be. My first stay here back in the spring was a bit of a nightmare with a late check in due to work and my room given to someone else. It was chaos - but it was handled. This last trip was perfect. Amenities clean, beds clean and comfortable, and great shower and bathroom. The hotel is a little bit away from KSU but it’s still a great location and not over crowded by downtown traffic. Oh & cookies are always good as well.

Good price, nice staff, clean room, would stay again but… shower was not good, the towels are small and rough, and the tissue was see-through.
