L'hôtel est vieux mais très propre. La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle. L'air climatisée est très bruyante. Le personnel à la réception, correct mais sans plus. La quartier est très ordinaire.

Great property and location. However, we were grossed out by the cleanliness - the sheet on the bed and pull apart sofa had stains, and the pull apart bed had crumbs all over it. They appreciated my communication but no intervention to make it right, which was disappointing. I probably won't be returning.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Close enough to get to the lake front for a walk. Beds were comfortable. A full kitchen was so useful as we were traveling with coolers and ice packs. Very quiet. New building so everything was clean and in Working order. We would definitely stay again.

The location is excellent and Room 5 itself was reasonably spacious and pleasant, with a nice private balcony. Unfortunately, there are some significant issues that should be disclosed before booking. Room 5 is upstairs and is reached by a very narrow, steep staircase. There is no elevator, and this was not mentioned anywhere on the Expedia listing. We had great difficulty carrying our luggage up the stairs. Had I known about these stairs, I would not have booked the room. The balcony also has a surprisingly large step up to it. The bed is extremely low, which also made getting up difficult. The refrigerator is tiny and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. The property is virtually unstaffed and access is by door codes, so make sure you have them saved before arriving. Overall, a cute place in a fantastic location, but Room 5 is absolutely not a good choice for anyone with mobility, knee or back problems. The steep stair-only access in particular really needs to be clearly disclosed when booking.

Rooms are dated and dirty , walked In and walked right out . had to switch rooms because of other people’s hair on bed, floor and shower, Room smelled a funky smell , Mini ridge and freezer was dirty . Front desk switched us to a Second room that wasn’t much better . Bedding had yellowing spots . Dust and crumbs around trim was of floors . noticed it around night stands . Actually moved a night stand and found dust bunny’s , beer cap and someone else’s hair clip from god knows how long ago , that’s next to were I sleep … gross . For $200 plus a night never again . Good thing I had my own bedding with . Definitely wasn’t an easy sleep in this place .

There was garbage on the floor in the hallway in multiple places. There were crumbs on and in the couch. There were no sheets on the pull-out sofa. There was 1 knife, 1 spoon, and no forks, 1 glass, 3cups, 3 short glasses, and 3 bowls. One of the pots was dirty. The carpet appeared to have frosting in it. There appeared to be milk stains on the couch. Dirty room. Dirty elevators. Trash in the halls.
