The property is good for people who love the nature and wild. The noise of the frogs is loud and if you can’t handle noise at night do not stay here. The shower was outside with no door and the bathrooms are also outside but you can’t flush you have to use dirt.

I think or at least this Outrigger has recently been bought. I have stayed at both outriggers in Honolulu and those two properties had options to chose from and both were beautiful, this one not so much. The Big Island only had one option for dinner and opened up for a small breakfast unless you paid the VIP package which for us would have cost over $1000 since we stayed 10 days. They are working on another restaurant called Dukes but at the rate they are working on will be awhile but that is ready to use. The rooms are clean and nice. The outside looks patchy and needs refreshing.

The setting is excellent. It is very suitable for couples or families staying for either short or long periods, though some of the indoor facilities are relatively old. Overall, the experience is a 9 out of 10.

The Gold Experience was amazing. I felt blessed! It was the best vacation ever!

Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort.
