Holts Summit Vacation Packages

It isn't the 4 Seasons but it was decent for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again but i would probably spend a few bucks more for someplace a little nicer.

Went to check into the room and they had an extra charge , a fifty dollar damage charge that they did not make me aware of when I reserved. The sheets on the bed in the first room were filthy and stained , so she moved us to another room. The walls are paper, thin, and the Other occupants were in the hallways, hollering at each other and it was annoyingly loud at 1am So did not rest well. Went to check out, I asked the clerk behind the counter to do a walkthrough with me to make sure there was no damage to the room and he said, absolutely not. I said, why is that? he said because some other occupant had attacked a disk clerk. So I videotaped the room as we entered and then after we were on our way out and I also had the clerk right up something saying he checked the room and it was fine but he said he didn't have the final say. because I guess other people have complained they didn't get that fifty dollar deposit back. I wouldn't refer anybody to stay at this place.

They didn't give me any towels. Then when I asked for towel the accused me of stealing them. Then charged me for towels I never had. They are scam artist who want to add up extra charges to you

I grew up in the area, and know how old the place is, and it has run down. Quite a bit. Lights flicker or not truly work, musty, beds need updated, along with bedding. ( Queen size on king size. Poor quality, you get what you pay for obviously, but ehhh.

Room is clean. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was so so bed for just too damn hard.

We had a very good stay at the property. It was clean. Breakfast was good. It is rather rural. There isn’t anything around it but as long as that’s not what you’re there for it works great.
