Affordable option less than a block off Michigan avenue. While it is an older property, the room was very clean, and the staff did an excellent job refreshing the room each morning. Our room was on the inside of the building and we heard NO city noise during the night. Easy access to the train and buses. Very good Thai restaurant right next door, as well as a small diner for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Great staff, great place!

This hotel is competitively priced with great amenities and upgrades. I booked an executive suite which gave access to a complimentary dining lounge for two guests during my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I didn't have the time to use the spa or indoor pool but walked by it when looking for a microwave to reheat my food. The microwave was located in the family room which was setup for children/families to play games, read, craft, etc. Overall my stay was good.

Was promised someone would be available to check-in luggage on 2 separate occasions. That did not happen! If remote management is your thing, this place is fine. Not for me!
