The room have a lot of mold on walls, ceilings and floor borders....the AC is extremely loud, the TV wasn't working right and it took them 2 weeks to get it replaced, the free wifi keep cutting off, can't hook Playstation to wifi because they block it, the free breakfast is Waffle that you make yourself, small cerals boxes bit often out of milk to make them and took the 45 minutes to send someone to replenish it, sometimes they have muffins Danish and yogurts...they put bagels and sliced bread with their hands in there...had 2 molded Danish and 7 molded bagels in the past 5 weeks, we killed a brown recluse in our room and the hotel never sent anyone to come spray or fix it...they don't do discounts when you stay for months...price always go up...you can't speak to a person...all you do is go to the front and video talk to someone to get in or check out and if you need something...they don't speak good English as they seems to speak indy more...so language barrier is harsh...i was told by the manager that it's forbidden to get breakfast to my room for my kids and the breakfast is only from 6 am to 9 am. After that they remove everything and turned the juice machine off allowing only coffee-hot water machine on..

We had a confirmed reservation and when we arrived at 4:30 pm of a 4:00 pm check in we were told they had overbooked and we did not have a room which was to be a 2 night stay. The women at the reservation desk was wonderful and helped us secure another room and a different hotel bit after an 9 hour drive there we were disappointed.

The bathroom toilet did not work and the staff told me there were not maintenance on the weekends.
