This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

Everything excellent but poor breakfast and no tea making facilities in the room

The room was very good on inside but was classed as a deluxe room which in my opinion it wasn’t . There were 3 parts entrance , bedroom and bathroom which was almost like the got 3 cupboards together to make a room . The windows looked out onto a space that had some sort of netting and was filthy when looking out the windows. Had I known that was room I was paying for i wouldn’t have booked there . All pictures of deluxe room on imlauer site and Expedia never showed a room of that layout and outlook. Very disappointed
