The hotel was quiet with very little road noise and block out blinds in the room. Had a great meal in the Cascades on Collins bar one evening which was very enjoyable. All in all a great stay.

My stay was average. I found this hotel lacked quite a few amenities and the counter staff were not that friendly especially the duty manager, Raman Gaire. His response were not very hospitable and lack good customer service. This hotel doesn’t provide bedroom slippers or bathrobe unlike other similar level hotels.

First time I've stayed at this hotel, but probably won't be my last. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location is quite central to the Hobart CBD, which suited me for the meeting I attended.
