It's an excellent location in District 1. The hotel is actually spread over three buildings so we had to walk to a different location to get breakfast. The rooms are modern and beds are excellent. We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions and we liked our rooms. The second time we were upgraded to a room with a bath inside the bedroom. It was kind of the hotel to do this, although I personally did not use the bath. It's the kind of facility that some will love, and others will feel indifferent about. Breakfast is limited, but acceptable for a small hotel. Almost every option contained pork, which I do not eat, so my choice was very constrained. They will offer to make omelettes etc for you, but they use the same utensils for cooking vegetarian food as for normal food and they don't wash things between, so this will not be acceptable to many. To be fair, this is a problem I encountered all over Vietnam, so this hotel is only doing what everyone else does. There is a small "gym" but that consists of two treadmills and some free weights. It's located at the back next to a pool table which is popular with guests. Staff were helpful and friendly and I would like to extend a thank you for keeping my headphones safe and returning them to me after I left them behind when I checked out after my first stay.

Good location nostalgic feel

Location is perfect, walking distance from attractions and new metro station. Lots of local food joints around, you won’t go hungry. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread has a mixture of local and international variety and starts early at 6:30am. Room was very clean with slippers provided. Air conditioner worked well. Black out curtains but some small noise can be heard from the outside. The only downside during our stay was that the bath and hand towels were very smelly before use on the 3rd and 4th day. They promptly replaced them but the new ones were still smelly but less so.

This is a very well kept property close to many of the areas we were interested in. Staff was friendly and helpful. room was very clean and spacious. water pressure was very good. This hotel was great value for money.

Modern 3 star hotel in central location, close to shops and restaurants. Staff courteous. Standard breakfast buffet open 6:30-9:30am. Got there at 8:45 am one morning and they had run out of orange juice and coffee!
