The gym equipment is ok, but the gym could be climate controlled at least. Especially with how hot and humid Ho Chi Minh City gets overall. It’s almost intolerable working out in the gym at this property. Loved the breakfast buffet and the variety served daily.

We absolutely loved staying at M City Hotel Saigon. The room was, modern, spacious and well laid out. Breakfast was a treat with excellent service. The front staff were fantastic and a great team. The only observation we could make to improve the shower would be to have adjustable hand held shower outlet. I’m being a little picky, lol, but it shows how good this hotel is.

Perfect location and staff

Hotel position was great, we were able to walk to all the attractions in less than 20 mins. We were on the 2nd floor and you could clearly hear the road noise. Would be better is they triple glazed windows. Air con was good and went to 16°. Staff were excellent and room was always made up quickly. Breakfast was good lots of choice and the coffee was offered hot or chilled. Would stay again.

The hotel is an absolute 6 out of 5!! Located in a lovely area, close to all main attractions and good dining and coffee spots, it is super clean, the hotel staff is the most helpful and kind we’ve ever seen, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing with many many options from local and international cuisine, ranging from lots of fresh fruit which gets restocked when it’s half gone to fresh noodle soup and stir fries, together with omelettes and continental breakfast-style food. The rooms are spacious with beautiful and big bathrooms, very clean, and stocked with everything you need. The beds are really comfy and the air cons in the rooms are also great. We were quite scared to book the cheapest room available which didn’t have windows but it really wasn’t bad and if anything we felt really comfortable and liked that we couldn’t hear anything from the street. Finally, the pool on the roof is also great with a beautiful view and is also very clean with super soft towels provided. Overall, a hotel I’d come back to if I ever came back to HCMC again!!
