The room is clean, location is excellent that near to most of the attraction and easy to find restaurant for dinner. The room is no window and that the guest need to understand.

Nice hotel in a good location. It is as described on Expedia. No window to the outside . One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had with a view of the city to enjoy. Great staff! I would stay there again.

Great central location, attentive and professional staff and clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Provided a late checkout (thank you!) Only down side was if you wanted to have day/afternoon by pool it was bit small (no area to lie down).But cost of city boutique hotel. Otherwise Great!

It is always a pleasure to come back to Icon Hotel. The staff is always very professional, friendly and service minded. This is covering all the staff from the reception to cleaning personnel and restaurants. Very good breakfast also. My absolute favourite hotel in Ho Chi Minh City!

People on other side of us fighting late at night made it challenging to sleep. Pool was small and dirty. Room very small and claustrophobic without windows

I had a wonderful time. Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms with lots of amenities (fruit, drinks). Definitely staying again. I was too busy to use the gym, as it closes at 8 pm. Perhaps leaving it open a bit later would be nice. (24 hour would be great), please consider it. Also the handle of the shower falls off, not a big problem as you can still use it, but please fix it.

Boutique hotel that has everything including pool, bar, restaurants as well as offering free breakfast and afternoon tea. Location conveniently located at district 1 and nearby opera house and japan street, vincom centre etc. Room decent, clean and spacious enough.
