From the main entry on the ground floor to the check-in counter on the 9th floor, all the way up to the restaurant, my wife and I were welcomed with utmost courtesy and wonderful service. The breakfast buffet at Strand restaurant—complete with fresh coconut juice, abundant selection of pastries and fruits—was a sight to behold!

The lady when we checked in was a little rude. She also didn’t let me add my Hilton Honors points. Additionally, we had reservations for the brunch service and they cancelled our reservation and when I asked why she just said “it’s just available anymore”. She could have tried to offer another reservation time or given me a reason why it was canceled. Instead she made me call back to look for another reservation. Other than the lady when we were checking and the reservation mix up everything else was fantastic
