The lady when we checked in was a little rude. She also didn’t let me add my Hilton Honors points. Additionally, we had reservations for the brunch service and they cancelled our reservation and when I asked why she just said “it’s just available anymore”. She could have tried to offer another reservation time or given me a reason why it was canceled. Instead she made me call back to look for another reservation. Other than the lady when we were checking and the reservation mix up everything else was fantastic

Could not fault this hotel. From the staff friendliness and exceptional customer service to the quality and standard of the very modern and luxurious rooms and overall hotel facilities. It’s in a great location to be able to walk to everything.

You get what you pay for. Excellent hotel in a very good location. The room is quite spacious, clean, and has a safe. The toiletries are of good quality. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive, but is very diverse and big. There's an egg live station. The concierge staff are helpful. There were times when we came with shopping bags that they took and delivered to our room when we wanted to drop them off to leave again.

stayed 4 days at the Hilton Saigon. Had a room on the 32nd floor with nice views. most is quite walkable. Grab is convenient in Saigon, most coming within 3 mins or less. Breakfest is good at the hotel. Upgrade to executive lounge is good option. Executive lounge service is good, especially helpful is "Vy". She makes awesome cocktails.
