Breakfast was very basic by Canadian standards. It lacked protein options and healthy fats, so for the price, we didn't feel it offered good value. The rooms were as expected—small. The mattress on the bunk bed was not very comfortable, and the air circulation in the room was poor. The room was also too warm, even with the window opened as much as possible. We appreciated having complimentary coffee and a kettle in the room, which was a nice touch. The hotel lobby was spacious and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location with beach access and sea views are the star of this hotel. Food and drinks were basic. Sea view rooms become saunas unless you leave both interior and exterior doors open to allow for an air flow opportunity. This hotel does not have laundry facilities as listed, but rather a room with irons set up. Staff seemed to be 'busy' and overwhelmed, every request for service was met with as sense of inconvenience.

Staff were helpful, the property is clean, but needs a little attention. The location is very good - lose to City Hall, the Latin Quarter, shopping and restaurants. ARoS museum and the Musikhuset concert Center is right next door.

Not the first time staying at the hotel but this time WiFi connection was not working. No matter what I tried the WiFi just didn’t want to connect. Other than that, pretty good and small room with everything you need for a few days. No amenities whatsoever.
