It was awful. Booked and paid for room, drove 12 hours straight just be told there were no rooms available. Despite there only being 4 cars in the parking lot. A gruff and rough employee came down to the after hours door then did not answer the calls from helpful Expedia reps. From what I could tell the lobby was not in the best condition and I’m actually happy my husband and I were relocated to a different hotel. I would not attempt to stay at this one again, no matter how low the price could be.

We had a few “hiccups”. The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, and the a/c didn’t work. They promptly moved us to a new room. In the new room the tv still didn’t work. We later learned the property had a computer glitch or something that cause it to go out. Which I understand things happen but the lack of communication about that was disappointing. The building engineer was the only person on staff who wasn’t friendly. He was rude! But other than that the stay was fine. The room was clean. The front desk people were pleasant. The restaurant was cute. The food was typical hotel food with reasonable prices.

This is the gem of Chattanooga. Every time we stay in town, we try to find a room here. They have everything from 2 to accommodate five or six. And we found out this time we could bring the dogs. Hotel Clemons is the best.

Overall everything was outstanding the only complaint that I have is the legs for the bed stick out and if not paying attention you will stub toes. Otherwise outstanding.

room was great. staff were friendly. Air conditioning was great and room was cool when we entered. Breakfast was unremarkable.

This hotel was really nice and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am not a huge fan of breakfast buffets but my husband loves it. I definitely would recommend staying here.

We had no issue at staying in this hotel . The service and rooms are good . Breakfast is good too enjoy your mornings.
