The room was very dirty, needed many repairs (holes in walls, mold, rusty shower curtain rod, writing on the walls, window coverings torn partially off, shower would not drain, phone receiver cord broken), and I would not stay there again. You do get what you pay for. The price was cheap and the location was walking distance to the ocean. I would suggest bringing your own cleaning supplies and bedding, and leave your things in your vehicle until you are done cleaning. After seeing the uncleanliness of the room I decided to opt out of the free breakfast.

The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable during my stay. The coffee maker in the room was also very dusty, which was disappointing. That said, I want to commend the staff. Both the front desk team and the virtual support staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the customer service at reception was excellent. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It consisted of black coffee, a small muffin, a piece of candy, and a small apple—more like a picnic snack than what most people would consider breakfast. Overall, I'd rate my experience 3/10. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Next time, I'll spend more time reading reviews before booking. While the staff provided excellent service, the room conditions and breakfast did not meet my expectations.

No hot water. Luckily, a full container of propane had been left, but I had to figure it out myself and switch the container to get hot water. The room is really too small for a third person. After you blow up the mattress, you have no floor room.

The rooms were spotless! Beds were comfortable and staff was really friendly!

Everything was great except the people above us moving around furniture most the night.
