clean rooms , good value

The one washer was out of service and because we made our reservations through Experian, even though we paid the hotel directly they would not provide us with a receipt nor would they give us water, like every other Hampton Inn has on our trip. We are uncertain if they are the only one's going by the rules or being difficult, or both. I don't care about the water but dont understand how it would have hurt for them to print a receipt for a guest, no matter if we are rewards members or not. Its just good customer service IMO The breakfast was decent for what it is. The eating area was clean. The handle on the door to the pool needs a little maintenance and for safety sake, there needs to be better lighting in the pool area. The room was clean and comfortable.

nice room and breakfast, good staff, pool/hot tub area needs some tile work/cleaning.

I would definitely stay there again
