Staff was very friendly and helpful room was very clean

I recently stayed here, and it was disgusting, to say the least. There were roaches in the sink and crawling around the room, as well as what appeared to be bed bugs in the mattress. I had to change rooms not once, but twice because of how dirty each room was. I encountered unmade beds, cigarettes left on the couch and floor, and numerous other cleanliness issues that made the rooms unacceptable. The customer service also left a lot to be desired. When I first checked in, the front desk employee was very rude and unpleasant. As I continued to report the issues with the rooms, her attitude only got worse. After the second room was also dirty, I called the front desk and respectfully requested a refund. I explained that I wasn’t blaming her personally—I simply wasn’t comfortable staying there with my children given the condition of the rooms. Despite that, she remained uncooperative, continued to have an attitude, and made several unpleasant comments. On the other hand, the manager was very professional and understanding. He immediately processed my refund and completely understood my concerns, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, because of the cleanliness issues and poor customer service, I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Perfect for relaxation

I don’t understand how I could be charged an early check-in fee without anyone mentioning it at the front desk. In all the years I’ve stayed at hotels, I’ve always been informed of any additional charges before they were applied. I do not agree to pay a fee that was never disclosed to me. This morning, I asked the gentleman at the front desk what the charge was for, and he told me it was for the amenitiesnot for an early check-in. I would appreciate an explanation and ask that this charge be reviewed.as it was my choice if I wanted to pay 100 extra it will be nice to communicate

Amazing hotel. The staff made us feel right at home from the moment of check in. The rooms were nice and clean, the market was plus right downstairs and your resort fee included $15 of stuff a day from there. And the hotel is in a fantastic location…3 minutes drive from the beach, few minutes walk to city place. Will be going back!
