Did not get the downstairs unit requested in advance It was rectified at check in. Complained about being in a street facing unit, but as it turned our the units are very quite and it was not an issue other than nothing nice to look at from the balcony.. I'm a frequent guest and will continue to be one.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful! I love the location!

This was our second stay at colonies at Williamsburg enjoyable. We missed the lazy river at the pool this year and had some issues with our television in the living room that did not work throughout our stay, but the property was clean and we would likely stay again.

I stopped by another hotel to ask directions to this place. I stayed for one night only. The place was okay. The coffeemaker was not plugged and the visible outlet was in the sink area. Btw, only decaffeinated coffee was provided (no cream/sugar). It was an okay stay.

Room was straight out of a horror movie It smelled like stale cigarettes, bathroom had hair shavings, keep your shoes on as the rug was disgusting. The door locked but was not tight so I slide a chair to lock it and the dresser. Slept with one eye open
