I had a mixup when I booked it (my fault) and the lady at the front desk was awesome with helping me get it all fixed. It was midnight and after a 14hr flight from Hong Kong, I just wanted to shower and go to bed. She made it possible.

Great customer service from the young lady, Aasia at the front desk. Very friendly and great energy - The hotel was clean and offered a decent breakfast. It was also walking distance from the subway where we were able to access transportation to Time Square for an affordable price.
