Very welcoming check in and friendly staff. Hotel looks new and very clean rooms and communal areas. Underground car parking is available for a fee and directly connected to the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of the main station, from where buses and trams are available into the centre. The only downside to this hotel is it is quite a long walk to the centre of Heidelberg (about 20 minutes). The area around the hotel felt quite safe though.

There was a lot of construction in the area which made it hard to get to the hotel. The room was okay but very small. For what we paid I would say it was a good hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good but with weak and noexistent room cleaning.

Very friendly staff. Near tram to centre city. Good breakfast, with a modest menu. Room cleaning was almost zero. We had to ask for change of towels and for roll of toilet paper. When cleaning service was asked they merely changed towels and did nothing else such as empty bins or make beds or clean bathroom. Nothing done with the excuse they were making contribution to saving the planet.

Great hotel, wonderful breakfast. A little bit further away from old town and main sights but this reflects in the price. Public transport only a few minutes away on foot and will take to main area in Heidelberg.

Um 13 Uhr war noch kein Check in möglich. Zimmer sehr einfach aber sauber und gepflegt. Deutsch Kenntnisse waren eher schwierig bei einem Teil des Personal. Vom Bahnhof innerhalb 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
