Was not what I expected at all. The place was run down, no security (outside doors did not lock), no staff on site, Elevators did not work, no ice machine, bed was terrible, water did not drain in the shower correctly - leaving the bathroom floor with standing water after a shower, etc, etc. Only one handicap parking space and no enforcement to it's use. (I could go on forever!)

My wife and I love this place, highly recommend. We live about 4 hours away and regularly come to Fairbanks for supplies and appointments, very happy with the accommodations and the staff is great.

Unfortunately they didn’t have a regular breakfast staff. It was hit or miss if breakfast was made. Front staff was nice. No close by place to eat. One restaurant about a mile away.

Love the location especially next to Salty’s restaurant where we just walked over for good food and drinks. The room has a unique feature of screened window which I could leave it opened for fresh air and light without letting in the mosquitoes and bugs. We didn’t have to turn on a/c much at all. Love it! The worst part was the two beds. They were worn out and needed to be replaced together with the beddings. Everything else in the room was average but clean. The maids were genuinely nice and polite. They did their job well. The front desk staff were ok. The younger ones did their job without smiles. The breakfast was not interesting. $12.95 per person for typical buffet breakfast food to be had in the basement with no window. We chose to go to Salty’s instead.

Rooms were clean, quiet and staff was friendly and helpful. This property was more like a Bed & Breakfast without the breakfast.
