We loved our hotel. The view and location were wonderful! The room was lovely and clean. The fireplace was a nice touch. Bed was comfy as well. We look forward to coming back.

Room wasn't well laid out to be able to unpack, all closet storage was in the kitchenette so drawers were full of utensils. No bathroom sink, you needed to use the kitchen sink, no bedside table for water. The biggest challenge was that there weren't blackout curtains so there was always light streaming in to wake you up. Noted that other amenities like yoga and meals are included but at the price point I expected a much more elevated room experience. Yoga classes were nice and all the meals were great. I would have appreciated some social events at night to have the opportunity to interact with other guests.

Hot tub was not hot. No directions anywhere for turning it on. Found red button on wall but it wasn't labeled. Had to ask staff if this was the button since it was next to a maintenance door. Also no shower to wash off afterwards.

Gorgeous spaces! Check in was different with no in-person contact, but communication was good and room was easy to access. Elevator was very slow, so we took stairs to the second floor room (all rooms are on the second floor). Beautiful room and bathroom with high-end fixtures. Personal welcome note on the table was a nice touch. Record player and records available was unreal but fun! Breakfast was different from most hotels, but very enjoyable. Bed was SUPER comfortable!

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was great, and also very clean environment.

Very modern and comfortable property with a beautiful vista of the lake. There was street parking available, but not a lot of it. The area is typical urban Minnesota, with some good restaurants and coffee shops. It was a short trip to the tourist area near the water.

I gave them my name and they said they had no reservation for me. I gave them my itinerary number and still no reservation for me. The lady said sorry and expected me to walk away. After a half hour she found me. She said there was no rooms available and it was 5pm. Check in was 4pm. We had to wait an hour for a room. We had to move our car into a different lot. She charged me over $40 when I already paid for the room. She said if I didn’t pay she would not give me the room. I have several other complaints. I would like to be contacted to get a refund and the over $40 she took for no reason.

A well appointed, nice room. Liked the historical nature of the hotel. However, the bed was most uncomfortable. Very hard to get a good nights sleep as I have a bad back and knees. Also, though the bathroom was spacious, the shower was so small I could barely turn around in it.
