I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St. The bad: The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. Which was a shame because we were planning on doing laundry. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise washer/dryer when it's not functional. The toilet leaked when flushed. Luckily there was a second toilet in the unit. It's unknown if this one was ever fixed, as no one fixed it in the 2 days we were there. The one bedroom has a bright light right outside the window that stays on all night. The blinds do not adequately block out the light. If you like sleeping with a night light, you're in luck. The other bedroom has windows that block out zero noise. You will hear every car that drives by on the street, that is only a few feet away. If you like sleeping with white noise, you're in luck. The appliances are outdated. Not a big deal, but they are out of the 1990s. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay near downtown with 2 beds and you're a deep sleeper, this place is nice. If you're planning on using the laundry and kitchen a lot, I'd look elsewhere.

Room was charming, clean and well taken care of. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was a delight. You filled out your order the night before and hung it on your door. The next morning at the time of your choosing it is delivered. I opened the door and there was a man with a tray filled with our order. The pastries were warm and the smell was amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for entire family. Lots of room with space for quiet time. Not enough toiletries, ran out first day which was disappointing

The parking was nice. We got a rate that included our parking. The hotel could use restoration of the elevators and escalators. The escalators were off often and when on, make weird noises. The elevators looked like screws were missing from the panel that held up the buttons and some of the doors slammed closed. The bar wasn’t opened very late. The little store that basically sold what could be in a vending machine was nearly empty and there aren’t microwaves in the rooms. When we checked in and went to our room, it was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned. They did move us to a clean room though.
