We didn’t like the outside access and walking up two flights of stairs outside with suitcases. The bed was comfortable, but the lighting was terrible and the vanity area and shower area needed updating. Very small towels. When we walked (outside again) to the lobby breakfast area, we found the coffee urn was empty. We asked the staff member for some more coffee, but it took awhile because she also had to handle the people checking out. Apparently the “manager on site” Ms. Bhakti was nowhere to be seen. The waffle machine was also empty and the egg and sausage choices were mediocre and served on dollar store paper plates. I can’t believe Baymont would want their name on this property.

The room was comfortable and the linens clean. When I went to push back from the desk, I grabbed the edge of the dedk and came away with gunk. Told front dedk bect am. They said they'd handle it Hope so.

Best Wyndom I’ve stayed at. Nice room, quiet and rooms are accessible from the outside of the building. Much more convenient for bringing your luggage to the room. Also hot breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at any motel regardless of brand. I will always stay there when in Hays Ks.

Good for a one night stay. In a double room with 2 double sized beds it was a little tight on floor space with 3 people with a lot of bags, with only one desk and one luggage stand to put things on. Place is slightly more outdated/lower quality and smaller space than it looks in the pictures. The pictures don’t show the outside but the rooms are outside access set up like a two story motel with just a staircase. The room had updated flooring, not the rug like pictured, and it looks like they were updating other rooms with it while we were there. Our shower stopper was broken, we thought the shower was so clogged it wouldn’t drain so a repairman came up within two minutes and showed us that the stopper needed to be pulled up but it still closed on its own which it shouldn’t have. The room door didn’t seal perfectly, it was like the bottom of the door was warped but it closed and locked fine. You could hear noise outside if there’s police sirens or people walking by your room but I think past 9:30pm it was pretty quiet.

Serves its purpose as a relatively low cost place to sleep when passing through. Mattress was not padded and I could feel the springs. There were a few work trucks in the parking lot right outside my room that had guys sleeping in the cab all night and then those guys raided the breakfast bar in the morning. I booked and paid for a room on hotels.com, and noticed later when checking my credit card statement that there was a separate $76 charge from Baymont inn & suites on my credit card. I didn't use any incidentals, damage anything etc. Normally a credit card hold for incidentals shows as a "pending" charge and never actually gets billed. I called the hotel and they told me, "oh the front desk ran your card wrong, we will reverse that". I'm still waiting for that charge to be reversed on my card a few days later. Geeze, now that I type this out, I'm feeling like my stay was not very good at all.

Great price, comfy bed

We always stay here when traveling from illinois to Colorado. The rooms are clean and the price is great. This time the tv wasn’t working and we couldn’t call the front desk because the phone wasn’t working either. After walking to the front desk and explaining the problem, she came to the room and quickly took care of the tv.
