The hotel is situated just a short walk down the road from an amazing night market for food, and another ten minutes walk and you can be at the seafront with a very long beach and beautiful sunset views. You're within 20 minutes or so walking to the gate for the old town, and Songkhla lake. The hotel is in a bustling area but is very clean and calm. A real highlight of the hotel is the staff. They are all very kind and always greet you warmly when you come back from exploring. The breakfast is mostly Asian style with a choice of freshly cooked eggs too. It starts at 6am which is great if you need to make an early start. It is good value for money at 150baht per person. When I was there, it was also a pork-free breakfast selection which is great. I thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel in a lovely and unique town. The best of Songkhla is within easy reach, and you will feel incredibly welcome.

This property was not at all like the photos. The bathroom was very dirty. The bed was hard. The staff was very nice, but the property needs some cleaning and honest photos.

Clean and comfortable. Many local food and restaurant is outside the hotel. Another amazing place to explore besides Hatyai. The pisang goreng opposite the hotel cheap and tasty. Also all the food and restaurant near by is cheap too! Best if you can drive car yourself, all the atttaction spot is near by. This hotel provide many parking place also.

The room is spacious. Location is excellent. Cleanliness is top notch. The room amenties is lacking. No coffee/tea sachet though kettle is provided. Shower in the toilet is too small. I dont feel like I have take my shower. The lock in the room is way to flimsy. People from outside can easily break into the room.

My husband and I had a great stay at Club Tree. We had plenty of storage, plus two long desks with cubby holes and desk drawers. There was also 2 closets. We had a nice separate shower in bathroom with lots of hot water. Nice people in lobby, plus cleaning ladies were great.

Comfortable and good value room in good location.

This was my second time staying at the Club Tree. Comfortable room with a good location in downtown Songkhla. Near to lots of food outlets (local) . Small but impressive check-in area. Free coffee and water. Polite staff. I'll stay here again. One point for the staff to improve on woukd be to recognise hotels.com booking reference number. Seemed to be a bit of an issue. Shoukd be easy to solve.

Lobby & Breakfast Room have beautiful decoration (look good) but in the room is simple (look old) So make guest unhappy for first impression The room picture with the truth are not the same.

Fantastic Value for money

I was very happy with the presentation of the property, price, location and cleanliness. Over all the value for money was fantastic and will definitely stay in the hotel when back in the area. My only small complaint was the reception staff could have been a little more welcoming. As a westerner i did not expect them to be able to speak English but a smile would have gone a very long way.

a quick stop

This hotel is much nicer and cleaner after a big renovation. It is in the local shopping area and there are three convenient stores within a short walking distance from the hotel. However the mattress is very hard and the fridge keeps making loud noise when cooling system is working.
