Hotel not maintained well. Pool has been closed for "repairs" for a while. Staff rude and unhelpful. Doors don't lock all the way; deadbolt doesn't work and no latch safety. Elevator seems sketchy and not worked on recently. I would not choose this hotel again.

I booked through Expedia but I am a IHG Platinum Elite member who was not recognized nor was I given Welcome points for my stay. Front Desk Service was AWFUL!! Even if I couldn't get points for the booking I should have gotten welcome points!! I stayed here in the past but will never stay here again!!

Blow dryer, clock and phone were not working properly in the room. The vanity had 6 bright bulbs across the mirror with no way to decrease their intensity of light besides unscrewing the bulbs, which came on automatically and were blinding when using the restroom after dark or during the night. The Sunday morning trash can in the breakfast room was overflowing, had quite a bit of leakage and smelled. I notified staff who stated they would clean it up after breakfast. Meanwhile, those still eating in that breakfast room were at a falls risk with the leakage on the floor, and with a less than appetizing smell. I felt this establishment was a slum hotel.

Tons of female hair was all over the bathroom, blankets, sheets and pillowcases had stains on them

The room was not cramped, had a chaise lounge next to the bed, that was nice! The bathroom was clean and was brightly lit, which I liked. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room but there was coffee all the time in the lounge. Our safe didn't work in the room. Breakfast was more than adequate, there were turkey and pork sausages, pre-made cheese omelets, and lots of other choices. The fitness room could use some attention - example the water cooler didn't look as if it ever held water, it looked brand new but was empty. And the tv in that room wouldn't work until I figured out the plug didn't fit all the way into the outlet. And the outlet was sticking out of the wall. So I changed outlets and it worked fine. It looked like a nice indoor pool, but there was water dripping from fire sprinkler into the pool. Looks like it had to be fixed but didn't see ant signs on the doors closing it. Yes if stay again but I wouldn't have too high of expectations.
