Polite staff, decent room. VERY disappointed in the pool area. The pool room was very cold, too cold to be in there and swim. We had booked this as a birthday treat for our grandson to be able to swim and were unable to do so at all. Their amenities need to include a disclaimer to let people know. Paid $200 for a weekend stay but didn't get what we paid for. Very, very disappointing. Won't stay again.

We were there for a youth football competition that happens every year. It was poorly managed and prepared for. People waited 7 hours for a room or canceled; while others only waited 5 minutes. The corporate office could care less about their guests.

The stuff was very rude. It took 2 hours to get us into a room as it was not cleaned. Got in the room and it had hair all over the bathroom and the floor was not vacuumed. Took nearly 3 more hours to get us into a different room and it turns out that room was open the entire time due to a cancellation.

It was 2 hours past check in time before I got my key to my room. Our group did not have any of the rooms cleaned by 3 pm. It was extremely frustrating since the rooms had been booked for over a month. The hotel knew it was going to be a busy weekend. Also all we got was an I’m sorry about your weight. Nothing else. And when I went to go ask for a late checkout, they were already at their max. Honestly, I didn’t see anyone that came in to check in while we were waiting, got their room. Looks like management failed.
