Unruly noisy clientele

clientele out front people were loud until after 11:30p and then they were early in the morning just talking right outside our door all morning we couldn’t sleep. People were just loud. The room had a terrible stale cigarette smoke type smell. Could use some upgrades.

WORST hotel stay EVER

WORST hotel stay EVER! Very run down and dirty. Entire building/room and hallways smelled like smoke even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking facility. Ice machine was broken so there was NO ice on 90-degree days. Stains on the room floor, the bed linens had stains as well as shower floor. At the end of first night the light above the bathroom sink stopped coming on. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Toilet seat broken. I would NEVER stay here again. Wish I had took pictures! Unbelievable. Pictures on the site have to be of another location.

The property is fairly clean. There is a slight smell. The sink was stopped up, and we struggled a little to get enough towels and washcloths for the number of people in the room (3).

Five star staff, 3 star facility

The first room we entered was terrible. The smell was horrendous, it reeked of marijuana, the floors were sticky, there were burn marks on the comforter, and there was no toilet paper roll holder. The staff was very accommodating when we complained and changed our room immediately. That room was so much better, and the bed was the most comfortable mattress we had ever slept on in a hotel! They are in the process of remodeling, so it was messy at that time.

Never again. Dont do it. Not worth it

To say i would never stay here again is an understatement. This is the most uncomfortable hotel in every way. We stayed one night out of seven and left the next morning. The management refused to refund me for the other nights. Despite the unclean room and unsanitary conditions.

This was the absolute worst smelling hotel I have ever been in and I have been in some bad ones. There was no elevator so don't have lots of bags. They didn't have the room I had paid for granted I showed up late but I booked my room at 8pm so it shouldnt have been that much of a discrepancy of overlapping they gave my room not just one I reserved but i actually paid for before I got there was gone. They put me in a double bed I asked was it at least the same quality of the superior kin vs
