There was no cleaning service (fresh towels, made beds). When I asked the front desk staff about why our room wasn't cleaned, I was informed that they only offer that "every other day." I then asked to have some cleaned towels dropped off at our room and was assured that they would be. However, no towels were provided, forcing us to use damp towels, and no follow up solutions were provided. The overall hotel itself was fine, but I wouldn't recommend.

The hotel was clean. The staff was great. Hot breakfast was great also. The King bed was hard. Unable to sleep the 1st night. The 2nd night in Queen beds was better. Still needed to sleep on pillows. Expedia charged $98.95 extra for 2 nights. Hated that. That's why I gave rating of 3 stars. Expedia nickel and dimes customers.

This is a nice hotel in a great area.The lady who checked us in was very nice and made a special effort welcoming the children. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed too. There are lots of dining opportunities, and shopping in the area, some within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast wasn't the best with little choice, but overall a good hotel.
