The only thing i will say is the noise at night by others staying at the hotel. I requested a non smoking room because i was with the baby but when we walked in the room it was a strong cigarret smell. It say free breakfast until 9am my husband went to grab coffee at 8:30 and the lady told him she wasnt doing another pot, because it was about to be 9.

I won't be staying at this property again last year it seemed like they had updated. This year it was run down at least the room I was in this time the sheets had stains that looked like possible bed bug infestation. I didn't see or witness any actual activity thiugh. Then when I went into the bathroom the floor was soaked and one of the folded up towels was stained horribly. There was a lot of bad caulking and flaking paint. I should have left after the first few min but I didn't feel like dealing with it and figured screw it I won't be here much anyhow while I'm in town.

We were given a key to an occupied room. It let us in, which was a safety hazard. Switched rooms missing couch to sleep 5. Dangerous property with sketchy illegal atmosphere. Dirty, smoky, broken down.0 Stars. The check-in lady was courteous, but it was unsafe and gross.

The bed was comfortable and clean, and the room was clean, but we noticed some dirty spots, particularly on the mirrors and in the bathroom. Unfortunately, there was a smell of smoke, despite having booked a non-smoking room. It seemed like we were placed on the smoking side of the hotel, as there were many smokers around. Breakfast was also disappointing — when we arrived (still within breakfast hours), there was no coffee available. After asking the staff to prepare more, we were served very watered-down coffee. Overall, we did not enjoy the breakfast. Additionally, our friends staying in another room reported finding small cockroaches.

I gave them a second shot. Now my body is covered with bites. The room had roaches and some kind of things coming out old the drain. I believe they had bed bugs. I can’t understand how you could rent a room like this to someone totally unbelievable

He’ll roaches all through the night. Killed roaches in the morning after taking shower. Found roach, crawling off coffee cup while I was drinking it. No door knob on the bathroom door. Mirror hanging off the wall.

AWFUL

We did notnstay. We left! I tryed to contact Hotel.com both by phone and virtual chat to try and correct our problems without success. That is the problem with automated services they have nothing to do with actual living.people. as far as the hotel there was no hot water, the handicap bathroom facilities wete not as pictured and we were unable to access the WIFI services. Attempts to resolve our issues were un successful. I stated several times that we had no hot water and no attempts were made to resolve the problem. Also minor things like no ice bucket, cups or tissues. Worst hotel experoence ever. Less than an hour later we made a 2 hour drive home in a thunderstorm.
