The ceiling above the tub started leaking water from the room above. The telephone didn’t work. The bed was terrible. We don’t mind a pet friendly hotel but there were dogs barking from early in the morning. The site ad says there was a restaurant and room service….there was none to be had.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast or restaurant on the premises, as it is hard for me to get around. I did like the outdoor patio, the reception area had comfy, cozy couches amd chairs where people can sit and talk.

Some of the appliances in the room didn’t work. We called for maintenance to fix the overflowing toilet and they never came. We had left our blended there and called the next day and front end staff said they would call us and they didn’t. We ended up going there cause it was only the next day from when we stayed and come to find out the housekeeper took it and it was in her room. She never reported it and took it as if it was her’s
