This property was utterly disgusting. The lobby is definitely a front for the "Quality" it lacked. The moment we walked in the room, there were stains everywhere. It looked like the usage of an amatuer OnlyFans video that you see on "X". Who makes up a bed and you can LITERALLY see the stain on the mattress bed cover and think that is ok? There were stains on the pull-out (no pun inteded) couch, the chair and even on the curtains. There were food particles in the little refridgerator and microwave. The staff there are young and have little customer service backgrounds. I don't blame them. It's the lack of teaching from the management team. The manager there is extremely unprofessional. She didn't want to give us our money back, because we wanted to exit the premises immediately. She forced us to stay instead of issuing our money back. Then she delayed us on receiving our funds by waiting til mid-day the next day to issue our funds back, which made it late coming back to us. The location is already next to a strip club. Shortly after we arrived to the property. We noticed that the police were called up to the property. And from other people who have stayed there, that happens all the time. Overall...I give it 0 stars. Do not recommend.
