Dirty dishes and no toilet paper in our room, had to call twice to get any. Very loud party next door until midnight. Called 5 times, nothing was done. Would not recommend.

I booked a king size room. I had my itinerary #. The young lady name crystal gave me a room with double beds. I asked for the room I reserved and showed the young lady that I paid for a king size bed room. The lady crystal would not give me the room I paid for. I was not satisfied with the service or the room.

The pool was discussing. Ask the front desk if there was a problem with the pool, as it was dirty. They said nothing was wrong. Shortly after there was sign stating the pool was closed for cleaning. It was not available for the duration of my stay.

During my stay, I discovered a condom in my room. Despite informing the management, they neither offered me an alternative room nor cleaned the one I was in. Additionally, the receptionist was unhelpful and displayed rude behavior.

Amazing Hotel

The Hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and addressed all our concerns. My daughter really enjoyed herself, the rooms was absolutely beautiful. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Other than the vacant room mixup on my day of checkout it was perfect. Shortie come trying to open the door around 8 sum and check out aint til 11am i had to show her my credentials
