The property is neglected dirty and smells horrible, the carpet was filthy sticky air condition was not operating according to the weather, it was a joke, it is shameful to provide such ,the sheets and bed was clean and comfortable, it was a last minute no choice ,but will no recommend, this property should be removed from from your website in order to keep the level of hospitality ,besides the fact that it was rated 8.8 and was not close to reality ,it would not pass the rating of 4 ,for any human level

I’ll just say the Front desk is less to be desired. Don’t expect them to be much help with anything. The campfire smores and golf cart tour was great and our kids loved it. Golf course is always beautiful and well maintained. The upgrades they recently did to the pool are excellent.

The house was fully equipped with everything a family need !! Communication was great

Awful. Dirty, old, smelled, carpet worn, most things were broken. There was literally a bucket in the hallway catching water from a leak in the ceiling. Decided to not even try the shower, so grossed out and disappointed. Also advertised microfridge and there was no microwave.

The hosts were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The house is located on a very busy and loud road, and the car noise is very prominent. We stayed in the front bedroom so the noise was really bad. The room (La Botanica) was very small. There was no room to set up a suitcase or to move around the bed. The bathroom shower was tiny. As nice as the breakfast was and the hostess, we won't return.
