Spacious, clean modern apartment

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults and 2 children. Hand the basic essentials for a trip in Hamburg to dine in for any meal. Very warm during the cold temperatures outside. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend for a great city break.

Excellent customer service, especially from the lovely hotel manager who helped us park our car and gave a lot of information about Hamburg. He was very nice to all of our family - including our 2 teenagers. We were there for the Christmas Markets and the location was perfect. Great coffee shop on the corner close by is recommended for breakfast. Room was great and had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. Close to shops, sights and I would definitely stay again.

Good location but little noisy in the night.

Convinient location. Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious apartment. Only issue was the noise from road was too much which ended up us having little sleep.

Great apartment style housing for families for larger group and convenient lication. However, the mattress was hard and lopsided. In addition, the apartment did not have conditioner, body lotion, or wash cloth.

We enjoyed the apartment with a very comfortable sofa and dining table, plus two bedrooms. The parking garage underground was also very convenient, and we could easily walk everywhere in town.

We had a fantastic stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. With two small children, the apartment was perfect for our needs - it was quiet, with comfortable beds in separate bedrooms, and a very handy kitchen area with everything we could need should we wish to eat in. The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked in terms of small things like shampoo, shower gel and washing up liquid. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well, especially when our young son had a small accident and we required medical assistance - they went above and beyond to assist, for which we were very grateful. This was our first trip abroad as a family and overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Loved it - it was very clean and very close to the train station but very quiet despite that. Very close to many beautiful restaurants and sightseeing locations, easy access to shopping and grocery stores. Would recommend!
