Was a perfect place for a quick turnaround in Brussels.

Location is in the wrong side of the tracks. Some staff seem to be overworked and undertrained. There is no laundry on the hotel, even when the description says it has. Rooms are clean. Pillows are terrible.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

The hotel was in the perfect location in the middle of Brussels , walking distance frim All the great places to visit like Grand Place and the beer and chocolate museums . Many amazing food options as well as close proximity to the metro. Hotel is very well kept and luxurious
