We have stayed here three years in a row for all the right reasons. Great rooms, great staff, price is very reasonable for everything you get

If things are not working for your room, especially the door, ask to be moved immediately. We had issues which caused much stress during our vacation and it did not help that the front desk manager was not helpful.

Such a cool property! Dining was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and beach on property. Staff were super friendly. We will be back!

I could not stay there! The pictures on the internet and reviews are very deceiving . There was no way I could stay in that kind of a place. The reviews are not correct . They would not even consider giving us a portion of our money back. I sat outside of the place to book another hotel. While we were there neighbors cars was reviving up continuously, management had to unclog a toilet only saw one other family of 4 in the pool. Was told it was too late to cancel or get any portion of funds back. How did I know that place would be like that run down, old, dirty, until we walked in and see the real thing- photos on the internet are deceiving- Totally not right. In my opinion this place is NOT a place to stay. I will post the current pictures and the real pictures of what the property currently looks like- we ended up staying at the Outrigger in Kauai for only 300.00 more than this place was - run and don’t book at the Kauai Inn. My only hope is the money that they took from us and would not even consider giving us a portion back- I hope they use it to fix the place up. Don’t let your trip be ruined by booking here!

Older units. Suited us give for couple of days

Enjoyed the entire resort.

There is no AC in the units. If you have any issues do not expect a return call. These are older units and we had many items that did not operate in the room — the fan (essential) and the tub (essential). Property is nice and view is amazing on the Cliff

Rooms were clean, nice beds, no house keeping which was fine. Awesome pool. My biggest complaint was that the restaurant and bar opened at 3pm daily and was completely closed on Tuesday. There are lots of vacation rentals in the area the restaurants on the property need to be open, there are not enough restaurants nearby.
