I was very surprised at how spacious the rooms were compared to other typical Japanese hotels. The accommodations were dates, but clean, cozy and great views. The onsen experience was fantastic and the convenience to the slopes is the biggest plus.

Unexpectedly, we were upgraded and provided with a suite. Four beds were excessive for an elderly couple, but we gratefully accepted the kind gesture. Thank you.
