Room was clean and comfortable. We had several issues that were taken care of immediately including light bulbs, TVs and refrigerator that didn’t work. Excellent and quick service correcting everything but probably shouldn’t have happened. My only complaint bothers me a lot: At check in we were given a temporary parking pass. We were told to come back the following day to get one for our entire stay. When we went back we were told we should return in an hour. I consider this to be a ridiculously inconvenient procedure with no legitimate explanation given. Management needs to get involved!

Great stay!! Nice room and good location.

Upon check in the front desk didn’t even know there was a fine ding restaurant (La Grotta) within the hotel. Once in our room, we did not have bedding for the sofa bed. The phone in our room did not work. The shower was subpar. In the morning, housekeeping was knocking on our door before 9am and then 20minutes later waking our daughter. Then again until my husband told them to leave us alone as check out was 11am. The noise from the HVAC kept us awake throughout the night with a loud whistling noise when kicking on. Do not recommend.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a VERY long time. Power went out day two and my room was not serviced two out of the three nights. The lobby bar was NEVER open. No water bottles in the room. The rooftop bar wasn’t opened when I told it was. The shower curtain was too short and the water went all of over the floor. The staff was completely unhelpful.

We did not expect to endure a sales pitch to purchase a timeshare or condo. The guy was nice but went on h on. They COULD HAVE ASKED DO YOU WANT TO.LEARN ABOUT BUYING A CONDO. A SIMPLE NO EOULD HAVE AVOIDED THAT NONSENSE WE HAD TO GO THROUGH.

Room was very clean and location was great.
