Our room was fine although USB outlets/sockets on both side of the bed would have nice. We have sleep Apnea machines/earphone chargers that need to be plugged in at night. However, our big disappointment was the breakfast having compared it with other similar level/price hotels in California. Overly sweet and cheap cereals and muffins/over ripe bananas/no scrambled eggs & bacon or waffles/warm apple juice. Other hotels we have stayed in recently have all these things that are missing in Sparks. Also, the coffee machine serves pretty mediocre coffee.

Arrived very late and my check in was fast. Walked into the room to find it was a smoking room. Everything reeked of smoke. Went to shower and the shower head screeched loudly for the hot water. Smell was so bad I had to get fresh towels from the office. Parking lot closest to our room was being paved over.

Room was newly Renovated, very clean. Hilton HH so WiFi was good. Room was spacious Parking was easy though had to carry luggage and walk thru gate to 1st floor room. Front desk staff, Jorge was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean! Our only complaint is that the beds were too firm for us and pillows were terrible! Also room 131 needs a new piece of rubber on the door because there's a big gap on the bottom and the room had a lot of mosquitoes! We put something over the gap and room stayed cool
