Even before arriving at the hotel, I received an email informing me that the room I had booked did not include access to the swimming pool. I have to say that the advertising was misleading, and the fact that the hotel sends this email in advance suggests they are aware of the issue. Although it was stated in the fine print after selecting the room that pool access was not included, the layout is very confusing. Hotel rooms, rooms with pool access, and rooms without pool access are all mixed together, making it very difficult to notice the difference when booking. This felt misleading and was very disappointing. Overall, however, the place is lovely. There are restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket, making it very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are wonderful!

An absolutely amazing stay at a fabulous location with stunning views from the hotel & private beach, everything was excellent including the friendly, attentive staff, Imad stood out but all were equally great!! Breakfast selection was fantastic as well.

Nice hotel. Quite remote so not great if you wish to explore
